Abstract

Media literacy for the e-inclusion of people is a work that focuses on an object of study of special interest in the societies of the XXI century welfare, addressing «one of the aspects linked to the great challenge that for the developed societies involves aging demographic: the digital inclusion of older people ».
Its author, Leopoldo Abad Alcalá, a reference in the study of the use of ICT by the elderly, raises the need to address the generational digital gap in order that the different social and economic actors consider this group among its public of interest.

Its studied structure organizes the contents in a clear and complete way; from the first chapters, more analytical, in which the author collects the results of several investigations, the penultimate chapter, more applied, in which educational proposals designed for this group are made that can be implemented to improve their citizen participation.
